Arrival in Casablanca – Hotel transfer
Welcome to Morocco! Your driver will be waiting for you at Casablanca Mohammed V Airport. You will spend your first night enjoying your hotel/riad and acclimating to your new surroundings.
Casablanca – Rabat – Fez
After your first breakfast in Morocco, we will visit the Hassan II Mosque, an iconic landmark of Casablanca. After touring this impressive mosque, we will head to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where we will enjoy lunch and visit the Chellah Necropolis and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. To finish your first day in Morocco, we will travel to Fez, where we will spend the night.
Guided tour of Fez
We will visit the old part of the city (Medina), accompanied by a local guide who will introduce us to the many unique monuments of Morocco’s first imperial city (Fez). Our visit begins at the gates of the Royal Palace, and as we walk through the labyrinthine streets of Fez, we will visit the Jewish Quarter and the oldest and most famous university in the region, Al-Qarawiyyin. We will also see the famous leather tanneries, where colors and smells flood our senses. During the day, you will have time to explore the city’s traditional market and experience the lifestyle of the people in the Medina. Before returning to the hotel, our driver will take us to a panoramic viewpoint over the Medina so you can take unforgettable memories and photos home.
Fez – Volubilis – Meknes – Casablanca
We leave Fez towards Casablanca via Volubilis, where we will visit the ancient Roman city, located at the foot of Mount Zerhoun and 4 km from Moulay Idriss, the holy city of Morocco. The site, which extends over approximately 20 hectares, contains countless archaeological remains and monuments that reflect the legacy of Roman civilization in Morocco. We will continue to Meknes, where we will visit the mausoleum of the city’s founder (Moulay Ismail), the impressive Bab Mansour Gate, and the Swani Basin. At the end of the day, we will return to Casablanca for an overnight stay.
Casablanca – return home
Transfer to Casablanca Airport.
